What is your level of English?
This test contains grammar and vocabulary questions and your test result will help you choose a level to practise at. The real exams contain sections such as speaking and writing which are not tested here. At the end of the test your level of English will be assessed with reference to the Common European Framework of reference for languages (cef). These levels are A1(lowest),A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 (highest)
The test is divided into 3 sections:
- Grammar test (30 questions)
- Listening test Part 1 (7 questions) and Part 2 (8 questions)
- Reading test (5 questions).
All the questions are multiple choice. Read the question carefully and click on the answer you think is correct. If you cannot answer a question, click on the ‘next’ button.
